CrossFit Group Classes

60 minutes of FUN!! Our CrossFit classes are varied, intense and adaptable to any fitness level. At CrossFit FYP, we make sure our programming is carefully made with intention. With functional movements we work on power, stamina, agility and strength to help you
reach your goals.


With our excellent coaching staff and supportive community, we hold you accountable, keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Olympic Weightlifting classes
​
Our weightlifting classes are essentially focused on technique and skills.
 
Master the basics of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, in these 60 minutes classes to improve the quality of your lifts and increase your power and strength. 
​

Conditioning Classes 

Our conditioning class consists of cardio, cardio and more cardio! This class makes you put your head down and do the work. 
We promise, you'll finish with a feeling of great satisfaction and be very sweaty!


One of the best ways to work on your aerobic system is through simple yet efficient movements.

101 Program

Our CrossFit 101 program will cover everything you need to know before jumping into

the regular classes. Having a strong foundation is a necessary step to ensure you have a good understanding of what
we do in
our gym.

 

From the basic functional movement to breathing technique and movement awareness, our CrossFit 101 program is a complete

guide for beginners.

Personal Training

Personal Training consists of individualized training sessions specifically created for you based on your personal goals, skill level
and needs.
